Founded on March 16, 2002, LEAP is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization made up of current and former members of the law enforcement and criminal justice communities who are speaking out about the failures of our existing drug policies.
The grand old man of drug policy reform and one of my personal heroes for standing up to the gangsters behind Straight, Inc. and educating me and so many others on some good ways to carry on that important work.
